ASHBURN, Va. -- Tanard Jackson has been reinstated by the NFL after a drugs-relation suspension that lasted through two seasons, and the Washington Redskins have to decide whether he fits into their plans. Redskins general manager Bruce Allen said Tuesday he planned to meet with Jackson after the veteran safety takes a physical. Said Allen: "We might give him a chance." Jackson was suspended indefinitely without pay by the NFL in August 2012 for violating the leagues substance abuse policy.
